How can I reach the Masters Support Team?


You can send any questions about using the app to the Masters Support Team chat, in the “Messages” section, in Settings to our email: support@masterspro.app




My phone has been broken, lost, or replaced...  How can I restore access to my account?


To restore access to your account data: 1️⃣ Take another device (iPhone 5s and above). 2️⃣ Download the application “Masters” in AppStore HERE . 3️⃣ Authorize with your phone number and keep working! If you’re not able to download the application on another device at the moment, reach us via Masters Support Team chat or email: support@masterspro.app.




Quick Start. Add your stylist or salon.


⚠️ This version of the app allows only to book services with your current stylist or salon registered in Masters. Searching and booking to new stylist or salon are temporary unavailable. Find your current stylist or salon in Masters: 1️⃣ Tap "My Stylist" on the Dashboard menu 2️⃣ Tap "Add Stylist" 3️⃣ Enter you stylist's (or salons) mobile phone number (make sure, that your stylist or salon is registered with this number in Masters) in a search field. Add your stylist or salon.




How to book an appointment?


1️⃣ Tap "My Stylists" on the Dashboard menu 2️⃣ Choose your stylist or salon (learn how to add your stylist or salon in the previouse question) 3️⃣ Choose services and time of your appointment 4️⃣ Make sure that all your booking information is correct and tap "Send Request". Your booking request will be sent to the stylist (salon). After your stylist (salon) confirm your booking, you recieve Booking Confirmation.




How to cancel your appointment?


If you have change of plan or just couldn't make it to your appointment, you can cancel it without calling or texting. ⚠️ Please try to notify your stylist (or salon) that you want to cancel an appointment in advance. Appointment Cancelation: 1️⃣ Go to "Appointments" on Dashboard menu 2️⃣ Choose an appointment wich you want to cancel 3️⃣ Tap "Cancel Appointment" You will recieve a notification that confirms your booking cancelation.




How to reschedule your appointment?


You can reschedule your appointment without canceling it. To reschedule your appointment: 1️⃣ Go to "Appointments" on the Dashboard 2️⃣ Open an appointment wich you want to reschedule 3️⃣ Tap "Recshedule", choose new time and date, and then confirm your request. Your booking request will be sent to the stylist (salon). After your stylist (salon) confirm your booking, you recieve Booking Confirmation.




Repeat an appointment. An easy and fast way to book.


You can book your next appointments in seconds. Just choose your previous appointment and tap "Repeat". You only need to choose new date and time of your appointment, and send a request. Your booking request will be sent to the stylist (salon). After your stylist (salon) confirm your booking, you recieve Booking Confirmation.
